Our service
No Bother Travel provides travel research, personalised itinerary design, recommendations and planning guidance. We do not act as a travel agent, make travel reservations or receive funds on behalf of travel suppliers.
Enquiries and quotes
Submitting the questionnaire is an enquiry, not a paid commitment. Before work begins, the service scope, planning fee, payment arrangements, delivery date and revision allowance must be agreed in writing. Advertised “from” prices are planning fees in AUD; your written quote sets out the final total.
Your brief
Please provide accurate dates, budgets, traveller details and preferences. Let us know about essential requirements before work starts. Changes to destinations, dates or scope may require a revised quote, agreed before additional work.
Delivery and revisions
Your personalised plan is delivered digitally. The Proper Holiday, The Big One and The Monster also include one personalised A5 perfect-bound Travel Book per travelling party. Extra copies are $39 AUD each. Final page count, print approval, delivery address and timing are confirmed before production. Check names, dates and the final plan carefully before approving print. Included revision allowances are shown in the package description or your quote. Requests outside the agreed scope are discussed and priced separately. We do not guarantee supplier prices, availability or third-party performance.
Your bookings
You choose and book travel directly with suppliers. Their contracts, payment rules and cancellation policies apply to those bookings. Check all details before paying a supplier.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Australian or New Zealand consumer law. Our cancellation policy is subject to those rights.
Use of your plan
Your commissioned itinerary is for your personal trip and travelling party. Do not resell the plan or publish it commercially without permission. External images and information remain subject to their owners’ rights.
Questions or concerns
For an existing enquiry or commissioned plan, respond through your service correspondence and include your enquiry reference. If you have not yet started an enquiry, use the Start My Trip form and state your question in “Anything else?”.
