What we collect
The trip enquiry form collects your name, email, optional mobile number, departure location, destination ideas, dates, traveller numbers, budget and travel preferences. You may choose to provide dietary, accessibility or support requirements. If your package includes a printed Travel Book, we also collect the name and delivery address needed to send it. Avoid passport numbers, financial details, medical diagnoses or information you do not want to share.
Why we use it
We use your information to review and respond to your enquiry, discuss your quote and design your itinerary if you proceed. Enquiry consent is not consent to unrelated marketing.
Optional sensitive details
Only provide practical accessibility or dietary details that you are comfortable sharing and that are relevant to your trip. By submitting those details with the form’s consent box selected, you agree to their use for your enquiry and itinerary planning. You can leave optional fields blank.
Storage and service providers
Enquiries are stored in the website’s managed database. Formspree processes the information you submit to deliver enquiry notifications to No Bother Travel. Notifications are sent to our Gmail inbox; Formspree and Google may also store this information. Website hosting and database infrastructure providers process information to operate the service; processing or storage may occur outside Australia or New Zealand. Your enquiry is not displayed publicly on the website.
Sharing
We do not sell enquiry details. Service providers may process them to operate this site or fulfil your agreed service. We do not submit bookings or send your accessibility details to travel suppliers without an appropriate purpose and your agreement. For a Travel Book, a printing provider receives the approved book content and a delivery provider receives the details needed for postage. Optional sensitive information is excluded from printed copies unless you specifically approve its inclusion. Information may also be disclosed where legally required.
Tracking and external links
This initial site does not enable Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or marketing cookies. External booking and source links have their own privacy policies. The regional map is loaded from OpenStreetMap only when you select “Load map”, which sends your browser’s connection information to that provider.
Access, correction and deletion
You can request access, corrections, withdrawal of optional consent or deletion by emailing nobothertravel@gmail.com or through your existing enquiry correspondence. Alternatively use the enquiry form and put “Privacy request” and your earlier enquiry reference in “Anything else?”. We may verify your identity. Information is kept only as needed for the enquiry, service and applicable record-keeping obligations.
Privacy concerns
Raise privacy questions through the same contact process. We will review the concern and respond through the email you supply. Your applicable privacy rights remain unaffected.
