Cancellations & refunds

Before you commit
Sending an enquiry costs nothing. Your quote confirms the planning scope, fee, delivery arrangements and cancellation terms before you agree to paid work.
If you need to cancel
Contact us through your service correspondence as soon as possible. Before work starts, a planning fee already paid is refundable. Once agreed research or design work has started, any cancellation charge is limited to the reasonable value of completed work under your agreed quote; the unused balance is refunded.
Changes and revisions
Included revisions follow your package or written quote. A new route, destination or substantial change to dates may require a revised scope and fee. Extra work is agreed before it begins.
If there is a problem with the service
Let us know promptly so we can address it. Rights to a remedy, cancellation or refund under applicable consumer law are not limited by this policy. No blanket “no refunds” rule applies.
Your personalised Travel Book
We ask you to approve the print version before production. For change-of-mind cancellations after approval, reasonable printing and delivery costs already incurred are included when calculating completed work. This does not limit remedies for a faulty book or other rights under applicable consumer law.
Travel supplier cancellations
This policy applies to No Bother Travel’s planning service only. Flights, accommodation and activities you book directly are governed by the relevant supplier’s rules. We do not hold or refund supplier payments.
